OFFICER NAGY CAME TO MY HOUSE IN WICHITA KANSAS LAST NIGHT FRI MAY 28TH AND ARRESTED ASHTON AS A RUNAWAY (OF COURSE ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND) I AM ASKING FOR SUPPORT FOR THE COURT HEARING THAT WILL BE HELD I DO NOT HAVE AN EXACT TIME YET IM SURE IT WILL BE ON WED JUNE 2ND 2010 THEY HAVE PLACED HER IN SEDGWICK COUNTY JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER SHE IS NOT A CRIMINAL . I WILL BE FILING A HABEUS CORPUS IN FEDERAL COURT ON TUESDAY ANY SUGGESTIONS OR LAWS THAT WOULD BE USEFUL PLEASE LET ME KNOW THANK YOU !!!!!!! PLEASE FEEL FREE TO POST WHEREVER YOU WANT TO /NEED TO AND CONTACT WHOEVER YOU FEEL WOULD HELP THANK YOU !!!

PS I AM OUT OF TOWN FOR THE WEEKEND HE ARRESTED HER WHEN I WASNT HOME.

  1. I don't know if this will help at this point, but I'd like to share. There have been kids who were able to press their rights to seperate counsel [in addition to the GAL], that was for a 15 year old in Ohio and decided in 2005. My own daughter, 13 in 2002, ran away from foster placement in MI[the word "home" just does not fit there]. She made it from Michigan to Ohio, was able to get with an attorney, who then contacted the courts in MI and helped her arrange her surrender on the condition that she be allowed her right to speak with the judge. Altho her complaints about the foster people, social services and the GAL [who was lying to her and blocking her from her rights, emotionally torturing her and her siblings...]... altho those issues were not addressed beyond that private meeting with my daughte and the judge, my daughter was sent home that day.

    I am praying for you and yours, and letting everyone know what is going on.
